Please contact BMTM with any questions you may have. If you are requesting a vehicle, you will need to give us the dates and what type of vehicle is needed so we can check to see what is available. If a vehicle is available, we will then email you the forms that you will need to fill out and send back to us. If it is your first time to get a vehicle from us, you will need three pastor referrals to be emailed or mailed to us. Once you are approved, then you will need to send in the required set up fee. If these requirements are not met, you will not qualify for a vehicle. Vehicles will go out on a first come, first serve basis.
